THE BEAT TAVERN

The Beat Tavern is a fictional bar/restaurant developed as a multi-component branding project for a course at the Maryland Institute College of Art taught by Kiel Mutschelknaus. The Beat is owned by a former hard-nosed cop in the neighborhood he used to patrol and fell in love with. The branding tone is meant to be humorous and irreverent while referencing style and lingo from old cop films.
